We’re pleased to announce that Readysell 8.61.12XX is rolling out progressively to all of our Readysell 8 customers. This release is focused on implementing some important service enhancements, improvements to the framework of the whole application, and actioning bugs that have been reported over the last period.
New Feature Development
16619 – Added action button from within the detail area of a sales order to be able to create a stock transfer out/in – Relates to ticket 38426
16728 – Currency Conversion – Purchase receipt/purchase order added ability to convert current cost price to the chosen currency. You can either add the conversion rate in the currencies module or can utilise the task “Update Exchange Rates” when calculating the new cost
16774 – (applicable to particular customers) Added flag “Managed Product” to products

Bug Fixed
15619 – Fixed an issue where “incorrect items exceed qty invoiced” validation would pop when crediting from a sales order line – Relates to ticket 16561
16222 – Fixed an issue so now sale returns should be able to credit the same sale invoice line more than once if the full qty was originally credited and then reversed – Relates to ticket 28281
16770 – Fixed costs (Each Cost Ex Tax and Unit Cost Ex Tax) showing as $0.00 on a sale order when originally created from a sale shipment – Relates to ticket 43077
16771 – Associated products are now ignored in Readysell if transaction type is SALWEB and following system type is set as true. System type, Web, “CUSTOMERORD-IGNORE-ASSOCIATED-PRODUCTS” – Relates to ticket 43578, 43590
16817 – Task: Refresh Product Data, will now refresh qty on service orders. Need to set parameter “RefreshQuantityOnServiceOrder” to true to enable this – Relates to ticket 45684
16856 – For manually created service order lines you can chose the product of location of each manual line to any available location of that product including van locations – Relates to ticket 46700
16861 – Corrected spelling of “trasnsaction” to “transaction” under tools, reprint last transaction button
16879 – Fixed an issue when a card had a payment term set but a different payment term was chosen in the sale order. The open items for the sale order will now use the chosen payment term from the sale order rather than the payment term from the card (customers) – Relates to ticket 47673
16882 – Improved error messages when trying to import DDO or DD2
16914 – RetailPOS – Fixed an issue where you could continue to increase the qty by scanning the same product when prompted to print receipt
