We’re pleased to announce that Readysell 8.63.11xx is rolling out progressively to all of our Readysell 8 customers. This release is focused on implementing some important service enhancements, improvements to the framework of the whole application, and actioning bugs that have been reported over the last period.
New Feature Development
16605 – Added ability to alter inprogress, pending or open SALORDs and SALWEBs that have a payment without needing to reverse the payments. Note you will only be able to complete or finalise the shipment if the payment received is equal to or greater than the value on the shipment.

17014 – Added “Qty Sale Quote” to product sites.
17303 – Added the option to exclude the end of year period from the general ledger trial balance report.
17314 – Profit and Loss Report now available with Date Range parameter. If you do not have report “Profit & Loss By Date Range (By Site)” in your form report module, download it from the Readysell store under the category of “Financials”.
Bug Fixed
17120 – Fixed prior year column position on Balance Sheet By Site Report F-004 and Removed YTD column on Profit and Loss By Site Report F-008.
17214 – Fixed products that had a price update but weren’t being included in the product label extract when using the “Price Update Date” parameter.
17268 – Fixed an issue that was occurring when a product is split and then completed on a stock put away from the Mobile App. The split line is now linked to the purchase order – Relates to ticket 66767.
17285 – Fixed the prorata not calculating correcting when a product was split on a completed stock put away from the Mobile App – Relates to ticket 73566.
17288 – Fixed the meter charge shipment address not populating on the shipment for a charge for a machine – Relates to ticket 73871.
17292 – Fixed the card’s delivery run not getting populated onto a sales order when accepting a quote – Relates to ticket 75116.
17296 – Fixed Last Modified By and Last Modified At getting incorrectly updated when viewing a sales quote/order via the quote view or full screen button without any changes being saved- Relates to ticket 75157.
17311 – Altered validation to allow DD0/DD2 imports to include the same product on multiple lines and also products without barcodes or cost on in Readysell – Relates to ticket 76532.
17329 – Fixed an issue when scanning the same product using different edition barcodes was increasing the qty of the product and not creating a new sales line.
