Due to licensing issues with our previous vendor, Readysell has begun migrating clients to new remote access software. We have chosen LogMeIn as our vendor partner going forward. The new software is easier to setup and maintain as it does not cause issues with anti-virus software and does not require any firewall exemptions or port forwarding.
From a customer perspective, you shouldn’t notice much of a difference. Readysell staff will be able to access your PC for support purposes the same as before. The only day to day difference will be the blue “R†icon being replaced by a blue LogMeIn logo.
We will be migrating customers over progressively over the next few months. You will be consulted once the decision is made to move your account over.
