Readysell July Sprint 2026 update

We’re pleased to announce that Readysell 8.64.9xx is rolling out progressively to all of our Readysell 8 customers. This release is focused on implementing some important service enhancements, improvements to the framework of the whole application, and actioning bugs that have been reported over the last period.

New Feature Development

17259 – [applicable to particular customers] The PIM import process now imports only managed products, supports bulk updates to the managed flag, processes deletions before imports, and records an unmanaged date on products when they’re marked as deleted.

17440 – Extended Data Clean Up task to deactivated and set balance a balance of $0 if gift voucher expiry more than the chosen number of months. Chosen months can be set by changing the “GiftVoucherMonthsAfterExpiry” parameter in the clean up task. – Relates to ticket 44101 – 47461 – 85813.

17465 – Added installer Rust Desk Remote Support. The first time you click Tools → Support → Remote Support, a one-time installer will run (you’ll see two Windows admin prompts to approve) after that, it’s ready for future sessions with no extra steps.

17475 – Added ability for products to be added to web sale quotes. Customers can now search your product catalogue and add extra products to their quote directly from the online quote page. Products are priced automatically using the customer’s own contract and price level pricing. Pricing is confirmed on the quote on save. To enable this feature turn on the system reference “Quote-WEB-ALLOW-ADD-PRODUCTS” under sales.


Bug Fixed

17441 – [Retail POS] Fixed wrong qty sold being shown on receipts. Previously we showed the count of unique products, now we show total count of products sold.

17486 – Fixed an issue that could result in the slow saving of newly created products – Relates to ticket 90565.
