We’re pleased to announce that Readysell 8.64.4xx is rolling out progressively to all of our Readysell 8 customers. This release is focused on implementing some important service enhancements, improvements to the framework of the whole application, and actioning bugs that have been reported over the last period.
New Feature Development
17312 – Automate sending proof of delivery (Image/Sign) when a delivery is made. Added new field “Email Attachment” to action rules where you add {OBJECT:DeliveryLine.SignatureFile} to the new field or you can put a direct path the image. If you’d like multiple direct paths separate them by a semi-colon. Contact Readysell support for assistance with setup.
17361 – [Retail POS] Added the ability to lump cash counts into a single cash deposit. See wiki for details – Relates to ticket 81502.
17375 – [applicable to particular customers] Added “Price Inc” to product, alternate IDs. This allows for the system to assign pricing based on the barcode that was scanned. Particularly usually for magazines where the price can change depending on issue – Relates to ticket 81699.
17386 – Added Resource module (Staff Schedule) to now be visible when choosing the datatype for reports. The resource datatype enables you link events from the staff schedule to the user who is assigned to those events.
Bug Fixed
17067 – Fixed price level data not being included when creating new versions of contracts.
17165 – [Service orders] Preordered products will now consume from the oldest available when you have multiple preordered products for the same customer. The system will fully consume the oldest preordered product before consuming the second oldest. Note you can have multiple perorder product consumed in the same service order line. – Relates to tickets 63363.
17207 – Fixed service orders not posting after being shipped and invoice if the service order contained preordered products.
17235 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed Cash Draw button not opening as expected when using a remote session for the Readysell client – Relates to tickets 68313.
17309 – Fixed where you could only merge purchase orders for the site assigned to your user. Now you are able to merge purchase orders at for all other sites. Note if the merge button is greyed out, hover the mouse over the button and the tooltip will explain why you can’t merge the selected purchase orders – Relates to tickets 76481.
17333 – Previously when merging products the primary supplier flag was copied which could result in a product having two primary suppliers ticked. Now when merging products, the chosen merged into product’s primary supplier flag is copied.
17367 – For shipments with transaction types of SALMCS, SALMCI or SALCNT, the system will now firstly look at a machine’s meter charge to invoice mode, then the machine’s invoice mode, customer’s charge to invoice mode and then finally the customer’s invoice mode. – Relates to tickets 81258.
17374 – Fixed an issue where inserting a order payment backwards onto a sales order that has rounding on it and has been tendered to cash when doing a reversal the value on the reversed tender was not including the rounding.
17378 – Fixed an issue that could error in delivery module’s map when the site’s latitude and longitude wasn’t populated. – Relates to tickets 82342.
17382 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed an issue where the system could create duplicate inner/outer barcode when processing third party data.
17392 – Fixed an issue where a Request_Denied message would pop up when opening the delivery module. – Relates to tickets 82649.
