We’re pleased to announce that Readysell 8.64.5xx is rolling out progressively to all of our Readysell 8 customers. This release is focused on implementing some important service enhancements, improvements to the framework of the whole application, and actioning bugs that have been reported over the last period.
New Feature Development
17359 – [Retail POS] Added support for click & collect orders to existing Shopify integration.
17387 – [applicable to particular customers] Klaviyo integration now will include which Readysell site orders were placed.
17389 – Added two additional fields to consignment. breakdown by Qty and Type. Note that these fields are for internal use and are not sent to integration freight services. The purpose is for staff to see that a pallet will be sent to the integrated freight service but they will see that the pallet is made up of 35 cartons. The breakdown type can be set in the carrier setup.
17390 – [applicable to particular customers] Added new system types under consignment. CARIO-COST-CENTER-CUSTOMER, CARIO-COST-CENTER-PREFIX-STORE, and CARIO-COST-CENTER-SUPPLIER. This allows you to assign and send cost centres to Cairo to add more detail to billing.
Bug Fixed
17273 – [Retail POS] Fixed when changing details of a site in the Readysell client existing purchase order records at the retail pos were not getting updated. – Relates to tickets 76082 & 83102.
17276 – Added warning to user if contracts end date comes before the contract’s start date. – Relates to tickets 73980.
17371 – Serial number no longer delete when doing a purchase credit. The existing serial number changes to in-stock after the reversing the shipment. – Relates to tickets 81955.
17377 – Fixed rounding error that could occur when completing shipment with order payment and using a tender of cash. – Relates to tickets 82018.
17379 – Fixed kit product cost pricing not staying consistent when accepting quote, converting to a sales order. Relates to tickets 82366 & 76042
17384 – System now allows $0 value credit on sale returns when crediting from a shipment or invoice with a value of $0. – Relates to tickets 82725.
17385 – Fixed when crediting a order / shipment / invoice that has a machine assigned to it, the same machine wasn’t attaching to the sale credit / return.
17388 – Change status to Posted on sale runs when workflow status changed to closed. – Relates to tickets 82888.
17395 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed API Update Quote (Redesign).
